By using Care Scribe Solutions services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Care Scribe Solutions provides medical virtual assistant services including medical billing, patient scheduling, EMR/EHR management, and administrative support. All services are subject to availability and our service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. We offer a 30% discount on the first 2 months for new clients. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts are required.
